Fohen are happy to offer a 30-day free returns policy! This means that you can return the product within the 30-day period after your order has been placed. All goods, wherever possible, must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We cannot refund goods that have been used, installed or damaged whilst in your possession. We either provide a full cash refund for the tap and system*, or offer free replacements in the case of damaged or faulty items.
Returned devices do need to be sent back in their original packaging, including all accessories.
We work very hard to make sure that each customer gets all necessary information prior to a purchase through clear and concise product information. This helps to guarantee that your Fohen tap and system will match your needs.
Why we think you won’t need it!
While the 30-day free returns policy is available, our goal is that people won’t actually need it. Due to our emphasis on quality and customer service and a great price, plus easy deployment and a user-friendly tap, returning a Fohen product is almost unheard of.
If we install your system, your warranty will start from the date it's installed and our 30 days risk free trial will end. Find out more information about our installation service here.
Once returned please allow up to 28 days from when we received the item for a refund, as the item has to go through quality checking stages.
If you wish to exchange your product within the first 30 days, please click here to arrange a return & Exchange label to be sent to you. If you still aren't happy with your product, returning your exchanged product is still possible as long as it remains within the initial 30-day period and has not been installed. Please note, return shipping of an previously exchanged product will not be covered under our 30-day returns policy and will need to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
